Our Sleep Basics & Infant Massage Workshop was created to help parents better understand infant sleep in a realistic, supportive, and evidence-based way. This is not a sleep training class. Instead, we focus on what biologically normal sleep looks like from 0–9 months, how infant sleep changes through each developmental stage, and how to create healthy sleep foundations that feel aligned for your unique family.
Together, we’ll cover:
• Infant sleep patterns and wake windows
• Naps, night wakings, and sleep regressions
• Sleep cues and overtiredness
• Creating an optimal sleep environment
• Gentle, age-appropriate sleep approaches
• Infant massage techniques to help babies relax, settle, and ease discomfort from gas
This workshop is designed to bring clarity, confidence, and community back into the conversation around sleep — without pressure, judgment, or one-size-fits-all advice.
This is a Baby & Me style class, so little ones are welcome to join you. Whether you’re currently navigating newborn sleep or preparing for the months ahead, this class is meant to leave you feeling more informed, supported, and empowered.
