How it works
Once you begin working with Ashley, you will receive a comprehensive intake questionnaire designed to understand your child’s current sleep patterns, routines, temperament, feeding schedule, and any challenges your family is experiencing. From there, Ashley thoughtfully creates a fully customized sleep plan tailored to your child’s age, needs, and your parenting style.
Your plan may include an age-appropriate daytime rhythm, bedtime strategy, sleep environment recommendations, gentle responses to night wakings, nap guidance, and practical solutions for any patterns disrupting restful sleep.
Throughout your two-week package, you will have direct ongoing support from Ashley for guidance, encouragement, troubleshooting, and adjustments as progress unfolds. You will never be left to navigate the process alone.
The goal is not simply more sleep—it is helping your family create sustainable rest, confidence, and calmer nights with a plan that feels aligned and achievable.
